Video Game Safety

One thing about video games is their crazy color patterns. Video games have many color pattern that trigger a seizure for some photosensitive people. If you or someone you know has a history of seizures, don't let them play a video game.

Another tip for video game safety is never put your real name for your online character, and never leak out any private information about you for example your school, brithday, or age. Always be safe online and don't trust anybody you dont know.

The last safety tip I'm going to go over is to take breaks. Playing video games for an extended period of time may cause pains in the neck, shoulders, and wrist. It may also cause sleep disorder. Long term effect of playing too much video games result in obesity, numbness or weakness in hands, and blood clots. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends no more than 2 hours of video games a day. Always make sure to take breaks and excercise your body to be better fit.
